April 2006 - Release of an exclusive comparative study on French/UK private transaction multiples

This study was produced by Epsilon Finance and Frenger International, based on Corpfin Worldwide data. It looked at some 265 private takeovers of small companies (€ 1-80m equity value) between 2002 and the first quarter of 2005. The study shows how British companies were valued at a 15% premium to their French counterparts, and looks at the reasons for such a difference.
